You just need to do a few things:Put the crockery and cutlrey in the dishwasher and put it on to wash that way in coming guests see everything is clean and put them away themselves.You have shiny surfaces in the master bedroom on the cabinet and on the kitchen cabinet doors. You need to suppy a floor mat for the shower some milk in the fridge and why not give away T and coffee or put some satchets out as guests arrive apart from that excellent.Thanks for a fab stay.

Superb value for money, certainly got more than expected. For the price alone it surpassed any budget, mid range and even some higher priced hotel rooms.
A clean, comfortable and very tidy property with the added bonus of free internet.
I would have no problem with recommending this type of stay/accomodation to anyone as an alternative to a hotel room.

We really enjoyed our stay and would definatly book again. The apartments were lovely and the location superb - thank you!!

A couple of very small suggestions for improvements:
Things such as hooks on the back of bathroom doors, a guide to Cheltenham (taxi numbers, maps etc) and matches for the candles would also be good little extras.

We had a great stay, and the property was perfect for a central overnight stay.

Generally the cleanliness was OK (clean bedlinen, towels). Comfy bed and all the ammenties one could need.

I would certainly recommend or use this property again if visiting cheltenham.

Many thanks, had a great stay, very clean and well appointed apartment, highly recommended. Only issue was around parking, clearer instructions need on where to park, I think we may have parked in next doors spaces, but luckily didn't get a ticket!

We had the top floor flat. The last flight of stairs up to it are very steep and narrow and would not be suitable for someone who had mobility problems.

Very nice apartment centrally located and very clean. Helpful concierge services who contacted us several time to check that everything was ok. Parking was a little tight but worked out ok during ouor stay.
