mjstay.com takes a 15% commission (excl VAT) on rental.
Availability must be kept up to date by emailing property@mjstay.com . It is imperative that you check availability with us prior to taking any bookings yourself.
All Bookings will be faxed or emailed through to you as soon as we receive them. You must reply confirming the booking.
Payment Procedure - 4 weeks after guest departure e.g. bookings in June will be paid at the end of July
We require all properties listed with us on an "online allocation" basis, this means that www.mjstay.com are the prime letting agent for the property as our "online" booking system is open 24/7/365 days a year. This does not mean that you cannot use the property or take your own rentals, it just means should you wish to use/rent it you must check availability with us and ask us to block it off the system prior to confirm any availability to your clients.
